I have sold homes between Ashburn and Winchester, and across the line in West Virginia, for six years. Forty-five sales and listings so far, and I handled every one of them myself. I have walked buyers through townhouses in Winchester on a Tuesday night and sat at a kitchen table in Purcellville explaining, line by line, why the offer on the table was the wrong one. I never wanted a big team. A big team means someone you have never met texting you about your own inspection. I would rather take fewer clients and be the one who shows up — at the walkthrough, at the appraisal, at the closing table with the folder under my arm.
