What this site collects

When you use a contact or valuation form, this site collects the name, phone number, email address, property address, message, enquiry type, timing and source information you provide. Website hosting and security services may also receive technical request information such as an IP address, browser details and request time. The site does not use an analytics script or advertising pixel.

How it is used

When you submit a form, your enquiry is recorded securely so Stuart’s real-estate practice can respond and keep the relevant property, timing and message together. The submission also records the form source and the consent notice shown when you submitted it. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or automated messages.

Service providers support website hosting, secure data storage, abuse prevention and delivery of the site’s typefaces. They process information only on Stuart’s behalf and for those operational purposes.

The information is used to respond to and manage your real-estate enquiry. It is not sold or rented, and it is not passed to a third-party advertiser.

Your choices

Email stuartpollardrealestate@gmail.com and ask for a copy of what is held about you, a correction, or deletion.

Marketing email, if you separately choose to receive it, includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also reply and ask Stuart to stop.

You may also use the same email to make any privacy request available under applicable law. You will not be treated differently for asking.

Not sold for advertising

Your details are retained only as needed for Stuart’s real-estate response, recordkeeping, security and legal obligations. They are not sold, rented, or passed to third-party advertisers.
