Using this site

This site is provided for general information about buying and selling homes in Virginia and West Virginia. Nothing on it is legal, tax, or financial advice, and nothing on it forms a brokerage relationship. That begins only with a signed agreement.

Listing data

This website does not currently display live multiple-listing-service data. Any property information provided in response to an enquiry must be confirmed from an authorized, current source. If a licensed IDX or RESO feed is added later, this section will be replaced with the exact attribution and disclaimer wording that license requires, and the change will be dated above.

Content and imagery

The writing, layout and design of this site belong to Stuart Pollard and to Velocity Builders, who built it. Photographs belong to whoever made them; where an image is licensed from someone else it is credited on the Photography Credits page with its license.

You are welcome to link to any page here. To reproduce the writing or an image somewhere else, ask first — stuartpollardrealestate@gmail.com. If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, write to the same address with the page, the work, and how to verify you own it, and it will come down while it is checked.
