Where these pictures come from
This page says plainly where every photograph on this site comes from, because a site that sells houses should not be vague about its own pictures. None of them is a property Stuart represents or a listing. There is no address, caption or claim attached to any of them.
Stuart’s own photography
Stuart’s portrait, on the home page and the About page, was supplied by him and is his to use.
Licensed stock
These are licensed from Unsplash under the Unsplash License. They are illustrations, not houses in Stuart’s market.
- White colonial house, header of the home page and several inner pages — by Elijah Crouch.
- Living room with a coffered ceiling, “Buy” — by Lotus Design N Print.
- Living room with timber beams, “Sell” — by Collov Home Design.

Creative Commons imagery
The three town photographs were taken in those towns. Each was resized and recompressed for the web; nothing else was changed. Each remains under its share-alike license.

When Stuart’s own photography of his market exists, it replaces the stock images first.
